This is a must location to visit while in Victoria. While travelling from Manitoba, we happened to walk by the Harbour House and decided to walk in. The Food and the Service was incredible. During this trying time, this restaurant goes above and beyond to make your time in their restaurant an unforgettable experience. I had the most delicious lightly breaded sole with local baby potatoes and the freshest sliced carrots and broccoli. Please do not leave this restaurant without trying the Lemon cheesecake with lemonella blueberry topping! Thank you!

We walked by earlier in the day and thought it looked adorable, so we came back for dinner. The service was great, the food was delicious, and the Creme Brulee was the best I've had in many years. (Creme Brulee is one of my favorites.) If you call ahead, I'm sure you can get a window table.

Great meal. We had the special steak & lobster that was done right. Attentive waiter in tux. Nice romantic place just walking distance to parliament building and buses. Harbour view. Need reservations after March.
